Telegram user ID and username (to identify your account)
Facebook access tokens (temporarily, to execute ad operations on your behalf)
Ad campaign settings you configure through the bot
Basic usage data (commands used, errors encountered)
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your data solely to provide the Luna Ads service — creating and managing Facebook/Instagram advertising campaigns on your behalf. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Facebook Data
Luna Ads uses the Facebook Marketing API. When you connect your Facebook account, we request only the minimum necessary permissions to run ads. Your Facebook credentials are never stored on our servers. Access tokens are used in real-time and discarded.
4. Data Retention
We retain your campaign configuration data for up to 90 days to provide service continuity. You may request deletion at any time by messaging the bot with /deletedata.
5. Your Rights

You are responsible for all ad content you create through Luna Ads
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Luna Ads to run ads that violate Facebook's Community Standards, promote illegal products or services, contain misleading or deceptive content, or infringe on any third-party rights.
4. Ad Spend & Payments
All ad spend is billed directly by Facebook to your Facebook ad account. Luna Ads does not handle payments for ad spend. Any fees for Luna Ads subscription (if applicable) are separate from Facebook's charges.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Luna Ads is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific advertising results or campaign performance.
6. Limitation of Liability
Luna Ads is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service or from Facebook's platform decisions.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Luna Ads for users who violate these Terms or Facebook's advertising policies.
